Who Am I?
Since birth, I have been challenging status quo. Throughout my life, I have consistently gone against the grain; average is simply not acceptable to me.
Some people call me a chiropractor, but I like to think of myself as your health and wellness partner; my passion is to help you live your life without any limitations and my mission to give you the tools you need to succeed. Sometimes, my job is to help you get out of pain. Other times, I provide smarter stretches and exercises. Many times, I’m just here to listen.
Overall, I act as a sounding board for: movement, injury, posture, sleep, ergonomics, gym, lifting, stretching, recovery, lifestyle, and many other medical questions.
My personal approach to chiropractic care involves helping you get to know your body and showing you your true strength, durability and resiliency. Usually, the first goal is to get you out of pain (which is not a task that I take lightly). After that, we have the freedom to discuss ways to optimize your health and decrease your future risk for injury.
In the end, my goal is to provide an environment of healing, strength, and vitality.
